Lufthansa Innovation Hub is a wholly owned subsidiary of the German Lufthansa Group, which aims at shaping the future of its parent company with new, digital business models in the Travel & Mobility Tech ecosystem.
Lufthansa Innovation Hub is a partner of DCI, and provides DCI Students and sponsors our Career Fair. Furthermore, they provide you with regular lectures on Presentation and Communication skills.

Workeer is the largest training and job exchange platform in Germany that specifically targets immigrants. The platform aims to create a suitable environment to meet employers who have a positive attitude towards them. With the help of employer and applicant profiles, as well as numerous job offers in various sectors and locations throughout Germany, Workeer facilitates the first uncomplicated contact and exchange between refugees and employers.

Volunteer Vision
Volunteer Vision
Start your journey with a personal Career Mentor for free
When participating in the mentoring program, you will receive a dedicated career mentor who will guide you through first-hand tips and experience within to support you in finding a job you love in tech.
In 7 sessions you will work on the following topics:
- Setting of goals
- Curriculum Vitae
- Cover Letter
- Job Interview
- Digital applications
1:1 meetings with a mentor will be conducted every 1-2 weeks on the Volunteer Vision online platform.
The duration of each session is 1 hour.

Get assigned the career mentor within 2-4 weeks
